A PBOX is exchange organized in project format around a specific
market or topic. Actually, PBoX run because one country or city have one topic that need to be focused on.
the main purpose of PBoX is to give impact to the society.
should have the following events as part of the PBOX –
Opening conference
1 learning event/activity per month until the end of the Pbox
Closing conference to end the pbox
The increasing of HIV/AIDS rate every year in every country in the world. AIDS being a problem in every country also Indonesia. Some countries have a good socialization and prevent this problem and some not.
Indonesia is developing country which have high increasing the number of HIV/AIDS case. In several cities in Indonesia, the campaign is continuously running, but in Padang city, the campaign of HIV/AIDS is still low.
Many Padang city people don’t know recent news about HIV/AIDS in their own city. The paradigm of padang people about HIV/AIDS is cause by Sexual Distortion, but now, the real condition is many young generation infected HIV/AIDS trough drugs.
Objective
1. Increase awareness about HIV/AIDS to young generation and society
2. to give knowledge about HIV/AIDS to young generation and society
3. to give the recent news about HIV/AIDS to young generation and society
4. to give the real impact after implementation of training to young generation and campaign to society.

We have held “PBOX HIV/AIDS 2008 OPENING SEMINAR” at March 1st 2008 in Fekon Jati Hall from 9 am – 12 pm.
We have invited governor for opening our PBOX. Unfortunately, governor couldn’t attend opening seminar at that time, but governor delegated the representative of governor for opening our PBOX. Then, we invited Dr. Jon Iswanto (from Dinkes), and representative of Ikatan Uni Uda Kota Padang as external speakers.
The opening seminar was run well, and it’s participated by more than 120 participants. I think it’s a GOOD JOB for us…
And the next program is Road Show to Senior High Schools..
March 15-16, 2008 we’ll visit SMA 10 Padang.
March 22-23, 2008 we’ll visit SMA 3 Padang
March 29-30, 2008 we’ll visit SMA 2 Padang
April 5-6, 2008 we’ll visit SMA Adabiah Padang
April 12-13, 2008 we’ll visit SMA 1 Padang
Some sessions will be conducted by HIV/AIDS Training Team.
They are Haris-Simon-Lando-Mega-Lona-Firman-Andre-Uti-Ayas-Abi.
